HabitStrong runs live online habit-building bootcamps. The company is founded by Rajan Singh who is an IIT graduate and an MBA from Wharton. He has served in the Indian Police Service as Trivandrum Police Commissioner, as a McKinsey consultant, and as an investment professional with a private equity fund. He is looking for an Organic Growth Consultant 🚀:
Requirement: He/she would be someone who has significantly scaled up a startup primarily using organic/ non-paid processes, e.g., content/SEO, etc. It could be someone taking on a sabbatical after a startup exit or whose commitments are light enough to take out couple of hours a week.
Commitment: The person should help the company set the direction for each week and get into the details and key metrics via a 2-hour call every week.Â
Compensation: Open to compensating the right person at market rates via only cash OR cash + equity.
